June Updates

Post #300!  Summer is here and new businesses continue to grow in Southern Maryland!  Do you like this monthly announcement set up?  I added a search bar on the right to help with locating certain interests.  Let me know!  

Marshall's is joining the store line up at The Landing at Woodyard in Clinton.

Cold Stone and Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is now open at St. Marys Marketplace in California, MD

 KFC has demolished the old store in Waldorf and is building a new one in the same location.

Firehouse Subs now open at The Landing at Woodyard in Clinton.

The new 65,000 square foot 3 level Top Golf opens in Oxon Hill this Friday at 9 a.m. at 6400 Clipper Way.  This will be their third location in the DMV area.

Hancock Family Farms will be opening a store in the Town of La Plata near the Green Turtle.  Look for an opening date in July.

Lidl Waldorf has walls going up on site.  Still no word on an opening date.  I'm guessing late Fall.

The store will be located on the corner of St. Patrick's Drive and Smallwood Drive.  Updates as we get them.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is now open at St. Mary's Marketplace in California, MD.

Old Line Restaurant & Pub has started soft openings this week in Charlotte Hall.

Taco Bell has started construction on its new location in Dunkirk at The Shoppes at Apple Greene.

Cold Stone Creamery and Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory should open by the end of the May at the St. Mary's Marketplace in California, MD.

KFC has applied for a permit to build “A new fast food restaurant for Kentucky Fried Chicken with indoor dining and drive-thru facilities” at their location at 2180 Crain Highway in Waldorf.

Extra Space Storage now open in White Plains, MD on Billingsley Road.

Dunkin' Donuts is now open in front of the Holiday Inn Express in Prince Frederick.

Marcos Pizza Now open in Clinton at the Landing at Woodyard.

New Tenants for St. Mary's Marketplace

Klein Enterprises has let me know that they have just signed some tasty new tenants to the St. Mary's Marketplace.  Tropical Smoothie Cafe and Cold Stone Creamery will be located in one of the out parcel buildings next to Panda Express.  Cold Stone is Co-Branding their space with the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory which adds chocolates, confections and candy apples to their stores.  Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory has locations world wide.  This will be their first store in Southern Maryland.  More tenants are working for St. Mary's Marketplace.  Stay tuned!
