Marshalls Department Store Grand Opening

Thursday, August 16th at 7:45 a.m.

Harris Teeter

Wednesday, August 22nd at 8:00 a.m.

Chick-fil-A Coming to Prince Frederick

Prince Frederick is getting a Chick-fil-A!  It will be located just North of Ruby Tuesdays on Route 4 across from K Mart. There is currently a house on the property so you will see that come down shortly.  Congratulations Calvert County.

Update 7/26/17 Clearing has begun on site.

Harris Teeter Coming to Dunkirk

Harris Teeter will be opening a new location in Dunkirk, MD at the new Apple Greene Shopping Center.  The store is expected to open in 2018 and was just approved for a gas station on site as well. The center will be located on Rt. 4 and Ward Rd by the CVS.  Marshall's will also be in the Shopping center as well as Taco Bell.

Firehouse Subs Coming to Calvert County

Firehouse subs has leased a space at the Fox Run Shopping Center in Prince Frederick.  The space is located next to Advance Auto Parts.  Construction was out to bid so thy should open in the summer of 2016 or earlier.

Chipotle coming to Prince Frederick

Chipotle is coming to the Calvert Village shopping center in Prince Frederick, MD  the store should open sometime in the Fall of this year.  That should fill the last space in the center.

TJ Maxx coming to Calvert

TJ Maxx will open a new location at the Calvert Village Shopping Center.  The store will open after renovations are made to the buildings.  More information on a grand opening as they become available.
