Down at Lexington Exchange in California, MD thy are working on some warehouse flex space behind the movie theater. I'm also told the Aldi is expanding.
Ulta Beauty has officially been added to the list of tenants coming soon to the Fox Run Shopping Center in Prince Frederick. It will be located next to Five Below.

How about Shake Shack? Would they be interested in coming to St.Mary's? That would be nice.
There is a lot of construction work on Vivian Adam drive in Waldorf. Do you know what the plans are for that area?
