New Stores Announced for Shoppes at Apple Green

The Shoppes at Apple Greene have announced new tenants for the Dunkirk Center.  Five guys Burgers and Fries, MOD Pizza, Jersey Mikes, Calvert Cleaners, Apple Green Wine and Spirits and Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. They Join Harris Teeter, Marshall's, Taco Bell, Great Clips and Spa #1 Nails.  We should see things start opening up late summer.

Jersey Mike's Signed on for Dunkirk

Jersey Mikes has signed a lease at the Shoppes at Apple Green in Dunkirk, Maryland.  This will be their second location in the Southern Maryland area.  The Shoppes at Apple Green will be anchored by Harris Teeter and Marshall's.  Taco Bell will also be on site.  More restaurant leases are currently pending approval.
