I Love Kickboxing Coming to Waldorf
I Love Kickboxing is coming to the Berry Patch Shopping Center on Berry Road next to the Wawa. Classes are usually between 15-30 people, they are around 60 minutes long, and they have them 6 days a week. This will be the first one in Southern Maryland.

I love going to I love kickboxing Waldorf Maryland because the staff is so energetic and have great customer service. The workouts are fun and entertaining. I have gained muscle mass and lost 7 lb thank you to the staff at I love kickboxing Waldorf
