Chris, have you heard anything from Sonic to come down to california, md? Sonic will do well down here. Any information you provide will be greatly appreciated.
They are looking in the area. I have a few sites that may work for them. As soon as a deal is signed I will post it.
Any word of a Trader Joe's looking in our area?
Not currently. They would require multiple stores in the area and a distribution center. We check in with them occasionally.
Do you know of any plans to renovate the AMC theatre in Lexington Park? that theater is the nastiest place I've ever seen!
Any word of TGI FRIDAYS or Burlington Coat Factory coming to St. Mary's. This would be great.
St. Mary's need a LEVI's or Caroline Kitchen.. Any chance we will get one?
None that we know of. If we hear about it we will certainly post it. Im surprised Fridays is not down there.
I agree with either building a new one or renovating the theater here in Lexington Park. It's not a place you really want to go to when it is commonly referred to as "the icky sticky"
We need a FRIDAYS. Do you think someone will check into this or is this something you can plan for the county?
I have contacted Fridays to inquire. There are apparently no franchises available in the area. If they want to come look we will show them sites. So its just a wait and see.
Perhaps is Carolina kitchen does well in brandywine they may look further south.
Anything on Lids store or perkins?
