McKay's Grocery will be opening their new location March 4th in California, MD at the Patuxent Crossing Center which was formerly known as San Souci Plaza. Its located on MacArthur Blvd.
Grand Opening Saturday March 20th at 13 Shining Willow Way behind Five Guys.
Another 7-11 is under construction in Great Mills at the corner of Chancellors Run and Great Mills Road.

Any updates on the new Waldorf Park development with the Starbucks and Chick-Fil-A with additional tenants yet?
No new updates. Just trying to get the parking lot completed currently. They will deliver the pad site to chick fil a by this spring and they will take it from there.
Any updates on Bryan’s Road shopping center? Safeway? Last I heard, some sort of storage facility? Is that still the case?
I hear Wentworth Nursery in Charlotte Hall is closing and that a Royal Farms is going there. Any truth to that? If so, that can make an interesting ingress/egress right there at that light. Hopefully if this is true, they can come up with a plan for traffic control.

Im looking into the royal farms possibility.
No timeline for construction on waldorf station. I think the western parkway expansion needs to be finished first. Thats two years off.
I have a couple of small things working in brandywine but nothing interesting.
