No word yet. They are trying to get another grocery anchor like they had before but I have not heard that giant wants to move since they did just renovate a while ago. If I can pull any information from the landlord I will let you know.
Is Bob's Furniture still going in where Roomstore was? I don't think the old Staples site would be big enough for a Grocery store but obviously combining that space with Roomstore would.

Any word on what will be going where Staples and Rooms Store is/was in the Festival Way Shopping Center? I heard Giant was coming as well

I Was just there last week. They are just fixing up the outside. New glazing on the windows, etc..

Yes they are going in the same spot. They didn't mention downsizing the space at all.
