The Shoppes at Apple Greene have announced new tenants for the Dunkirk Center. Five guys Burgers and Fries, MOD Pizza, Jersey Mikes, Calvert Cleaners, Apple Green Wine and Spirits and Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. They Join Harris Teeter, Marshall's, Taco Bell, Great Clips and Spa #1 Nails. We should see things start opening up late summer.

So can you explain why we need more liquor stores. Fast food. More grocery stores. Do something different. Put a best buy ornament good gym. Or something recreational for kids to stay out of trouble
You cant force tenants to come if they dont want to. We don't say hey this is going to be a liquor store. They come to the landlord and want to rent space. If a gym or kids place wants to come I'm sure they would be happy to lease them space if they have good financials.
Would be nice to have an Old Navy or Planet Fitness.😉
