September 2021 Updates

Happy Fall! I hope everyone had a great summer and is healthy and happy.  Everyone is getting back to school and learning new routines.  I hope this is a good school year since the last two were a mess.  It continues to be a good year for us.  Lots of things working in the area.  Hopefully they all make it to the finish line. J&A Latino Market has opened at the Merchants Square Shopping Center at 4459 Crain Highway in White Plains.

Two new tenants have been signed for Waldorf Park near the corner of 301 and Smallwood Drive.  Naz's Halal and Aspen Dental.  Naz's has Multiple locations in different states.  These tenants join Chic fil A, Jersey Mikes and Starbucks.

It has been reported that IHOP is taking over the former Ruby Tuesday's in California, MD.  Renovations have already begun.
