Crain Highway Retail Center Fully Leased

We are fully leased at the Crain Highway Retail Center in Waldorf, MD.  Here is the full list of tenants.  We had a great team that put this together.  The building was built by CMI in Charlotte Hall, MD.  We hope you enjoy the tenants and we can't wait to do another one.

9 Round, Firehouse and Smoothie King have opened in Waldorf

9 Round Fitness, Firehouse Subs and Smoothie King have both opened at the Crain Highway Retail Center.  The nail salon will follow soon. Zips is still a few months away on their build out.  Working on more tenants!

Crain Highway Retail Center Tenants

Here are the Tenants we have so far for the Crain Highway Retail Center.  Most Tenants have begun their build out and should be opening in four months or so depending on the amount of building they have to do.  We still have two spots left on each end cap for other tenants.

Firehouse Subs Coming to Waldorf

We are happy to announce Firehouse Subs is joining 9 Round fitness and Smoothie King at the Crain Highway Retail Center in Waldorf.  As stated previously this is the former American Hardware building that is undergoing a total gut and renovation.  Look for a late spring opening date.  We still have a few spots available.

UPDATE 6-17-16 Opening has been pushed to late summer due to construction of the building taking a bit longer that expected.

First Two Tenants for Crain Highway Retail Center

The first two leases have been signed for the new 2875 Crain Highway Retail Center that was formerly American Hardware in Waldorf.  Smoothie King and 9 Round Kickboxing will move in next year once renovations are complete.  I have another great tenant in the lease process and will announce once its complete.  We still have room for more tenants and end cap space is available.
