Here are the Tenants we have so far for the Crain Highway Retail Center. Most Tenants have begun their build out and should be opening in four months or so depending on the amount of building they have to do. We still have two spots left on each end cap for other tenants.

Chris. Any progress on the space on the opposite corner from he Dash in at the intersection of Billingsy and St. Charles Pkwy? Also I see another company looking to build a 7-11 place down the street at piney church and billingsly.

I notice some construction type work going on where the Carolina Kitchen suppose to be, are they finally going to open and do you know when?
They are working on it again. The Landlord didn't have an opening date yet. Its taken 2 years to get to this point! Very strange.

The former american hardware building next to freds sports in waldorf. Its already built.
Any update on an opening date for Firehouse?
