UPDATED 8-23-19
The Shops at Piney Church will be a new strip center at the corner of Billingsley Road and Piney Church Road in St. Charles across the street from the Blue Crabs Sign. There will be a 7-11 with gas station, two different hair salons, nail salon and a Ledo's Pizza. Tenants are starting their interior fit outs now.

ReplyDeleteSome what unrelated, do you happen to know when the Spin Juice Bar in Waldorf will open? Also, is there any chance Waldorf Planet Fitness has plans to move to a larger space?
ReplyDeleteWhat’s the other structure being built next to the shops that appear to be near completion?
ReplyDeleteThere is the retail portion and the 7-11 which is a separate building.
ReplyDeleteIs a Ledo's Pizza still going there?
ReplyDeleteYes absolutely
ReplyDeleteWhat else is going to be there?
ReplyDeleteGood morning.
ReplyDeleteIs there still space available for rental?
Thank you.
There may be one left. Send me an email with your use and requirements and I will check with them. Cshasho@Shasho.com
ReplyDeleteHi Chris, When will the shopping center be complete?
ReplyDeleteThe tenants are doing their work now so they will open at different times as they get finished. 7-11 is separate so it will open later.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the update! That’s great. So does that mean the build is complete and now the tenants just put up their drywall and finish the inside?
ReplyDeleteThis has been the slowest building project I have ever seen. The much larger storage facility down the road broke ground after this and had been open a few months already. Would be surprised if Ledo didn’t pull out after so long.
ReplyDeleteBroker said there were lots of issues with the architect. Looks like people are starting to get their spaces completed now.
ReplyDeleteIs Ledo still coming? They had a banner up and then it was taken down and that was a couple of months ago
ReplyDeleteIs Ledo still coming?
ReplyDeleteYes they are.
ReplyDeleteLedo coming soon sign is gone again. Did Covid delays scrap this location?
