Any word on that Panda Express at St. Charles Towne Plaza on the site of the old gas station? There hasn't appeared to be any progress since you reported it. Also any idea what's going on at either the old Exxon station on 301 before the AT&T Store or the Gulf Station at Shopper's World?
ReplyDeleteIs a Dash In gas station underway at the corner of Charles Parkway and Billingsley Road?
ReplyDeleteYes Dash In is finally building on a corner they bought many years ago. I mentioned it on facebook but forgot to post here.
ReplyDeletePanda should settle shortly on the pad site next to burger king and then they can work on permits to get started.
The former Exxon will become a Dash In as well. We are not sure what is going on with the Gulf.
Ok I see you've told what's going on at the Corner of St. Charles and Billingsley. But what is going on down Billingsley by the Gleneagles Housing/Apartment Complex. Seems they've cleared out most of the trees there and are about to start building something.
ReplyDeleteI believe that is the assisted living facility being constructed.
ReplyDeleteChris have you gotten any inquiries regarding the lots at O'Donnell Lake restaurant park recently? Something like Bahama Breeze at Potomac Mills would fit perfectly on the lake.
ReplyDeleteChris you said previously that the Assisted Living was on DEMARR and BILLINGSELY. My question on 10/30 was about further down BILLINGSELY right by the Apartments/Housing complex of GLENEAGLES. What are they building there?? More houses?retail?
ReplyDeleteNot a lot of hits on those properties. Looking at other creative ways to move them.
ReplyDeleteMore apartments at Gleneagles. No retail.
Is Carolina Kitchen coming to Waldorf?
ReplyDeleteCarolina is going in Brandywine phase 2.
ReplyDeleteHello any words on firehouse subs coming to Brandywine or Waldorf area
ReplyDeleteNo and I have contacted them several times. Maybe now that Jimmy Johns is in town they will reconsider and get a franchiser.
ReplyDeleteChris. What is being built/developed on St Charles Pkwy in the middle island between Billingsley and Smallwood? Underground utilities? Is this development part of the nee Dash In at Billingsley?
ReplyDeleteNew sewer pumping station is going in next to the new Dash in. It is a huge project upgrading for the new sections of St. Charles. Sewer lines being installed all around the area.
ReplyDeleteWhat is the large building in the lot behind the Dash In Carwash on the corner of Billingsley and SC Pkwy. Looks like a auto repair/oil change facility.
ReplyDeletePumping station for sewer.
DeleteThey generally need a building so large?
DeleteIt is a major part of the system. Its been upgraded to accommodate the new construction further down the parkway.
