Burger King Dunkirk
Burger King will open its new location mid August at the former Arbys space at 10200 Kirksville Ln Dunkirk, MD. They expect to open between the 15th and the 20th.
I know, off topic, but what is the status of the shopping center to be built at Saint Charles Parkway and Billingsley Road? The one with the Harris Teeter (Publix?) as an anchor? Any word on when that will be breaking ground?
Where did that rumor come from? There is no plan to build anything on that site yet. We are doing some construction across the street at Demarr road for an assisted living facility but that's all right now.
No, they are not making people smile. After waiting in the drive thru for close to 30 minutes, we get to the window to be handed melted milkshakes & cold chicken sandwiches & fries. To top it off the rude girl says "We're having technical issues. You know it's cash only, right?!" Of course we didn't! We drove off empty handed.
Yes they are open but it seems to be already sliding downhill. Unkept dinning area and water on floors from whatever the reason is not good for such a new store.
The owners of this Burker King take your comments very seriously and want you to have a great experience. If you ever have a problem please contact their office and let them know.
Who owns this BK? 2 people working tonight. Ordered at 7:30. It is now 7:44. Food is never ready and rarely are the fries hot. No grilled chicken. No shake machine. It is a wonder you are still open. Every time I come, I have to pull to the side and wait. The grease in the fryer needs to be changed, too. Sigh.

ReplyDeleteChris thanks for the updates. With all the Wegmans coming up in various counties any talks of one in Waldorf?
ReplyDeleteLots of talk from various people but nothing is happening with them in southern Maryland (Charles, Calvert, St. Mary's)
