Latest Concept for St. Charles Retail

I have been getting a lot of questions about whats going on at the corner of St. Charles Parkway and Billingsley Road.  The St. Charles Companies were nice enough to send me this concept plan they have for future retail and apartments that they are currently putting in the infrastructure for.
For now this is what could be built there but plans may change.  There are no tenants signed up so anything you hear is just rumors.  The apartments shown at the bottom will probably go up first.  No dates on the completion of the project.

    Hi Chris - Any new information regarding the 7-11 (and other stores) that was planning to come at the corner of Piney Church Road and Billingsley Road?

    Moving to this area and hope St. Charles Company can secure a high end grocer!

      Harris Teeter, Wegmans or Trader Joe's. I would love it, though, if Mom's would expand its selections.

    Any information on what is going on at the old Blockbuster location at the Shops at Waldorf? I saw people in there working today.
