MOD Pizza Coming to St. Mary's Marketplace

MOD Pizza is the latest tenant at the Harris Teeter anchored St. Mary's Marketplace.  MOD Pizza is a fast casual restaurant.  Pizzas are made to order and the price is the same no matter what toppings you get.  MOD Pizza has over 200 locations in the United States and overseas.  This will be the first location in Southern Maryland.

    Any idea if a gym is opening up in that shopping center? With the World Gym closing in Wildewood there isn't a gym around.

    I've heard that Waldorf might be getting a new gourmet grocery store, rumors are saying it will be going in where the Wal-Mart was going to go but they pulled out. Any word on what store could be going there?

    They are going to try to get a higher end grocery store when they develop it but there is no plan for the site yet.

    We were going to put them in part of the walmart if we were able to make the super walmart deal happen. The building was going to be cut into three sections and kohls and nicks were potential tenants.

    Any idea when the Kiel locations will be opening? Any plans for a cookout in the area? That is so much better than Sonic! Also, any plans for glow bowling/duckpin bowling in somd?

    I love Mod pizza too! Please when is one coming to Waldorf? It takes too long to drive to Fairfax or Vienna to get Mod pizza!

    WALDORF HAS THE SAME OLD RESTAURANTS SINCE THIS AREA IS UP AND COMING YOU NEED BETTER STORES LIKE..DISTRICT TACOS,PF CHANGS,WHOLE FOOD,FOUNDING FARMERS, SUGAR FACTORY,SEASON 52, NOW A LOT OF YOUNG PROFESSIONALS ARE MOVING TO WALDORF..SO NOW THEY GOING TO SPEND ALL THAT MONEY IN WASHINGTON DC AREA YOU NEED TO KEEP UP NOW AND PLUS THE SENIOR STARTING TO LOVE THE CHANGE..GET SOMETHING FOR THE PEOPLE IN WALDORF,WHITE PLAINS,AND LAPLATA MD

    Take a look at where these stores are located. We are not a major city. We don't have the population. They will not come here.
