Baldus Center Adding Retail Building

The Baldus Center is adding back the retail area that was destroyed back in the 2002 La Plata Tornado. The retail center will consist of 13,000 sf and will include a DaVita Dialysis center and mom and pop quick service chicken restaurant with room for one other small tenant.

    Rumor has it Nicks of Clinton is coming to the Baldus Bldg where the dialysis center is going. Is that true? I don’t think it is.
