We are fully leased at the Crain Highway Retail Center in Waldorf, MD. Here is the full list of tenants. We had a great team that put this together. The building was built by CMI in Charlotte Hall, MD. We hope you enjoy the tenants and we can't wait to do another one.
How hard do you think it will be to find a tenant for the HhGregg space?
ReplyDeleteAs big box users continue to downsize it has become more difficult. However it is a good site with a lot of exposure so it would be more appealing.

DeleteWhat's going in the old PNC Bank location in the Burlington location near Chipotle in Waldorf? It's been vacant for years.

The bank still has a lease and according to the lease only a bank can take its place.
