Now that we have taken over the leasing for Bryans Road Shopping Center we have made suggestions to help get the place leased. The Owners have begun design work for a renovation to the center. Great to have Landlords that are making things happen!

ReplyDeleteTy Wawa has looked in the area but are very picky on location. They corner they want will not sell to them. They have not stopped looking.

ReplyDeleteDoes Sheetz have plans to come to Waldorf? I use the locations in Lexington Park whenever I'm in the area and would love to see one closer to where I live.
ReplyDeleteThey have asked us to look for sites in the area. Wawa took most of the best spots when they asked us to find them locations.

Unfortunately I do not foresee any of those happening. With other Walmart in the area they will not open another especially when they are trying to do a superwalmart in Waldorf. Speak with your local commissioner about a community center.
