New Restaurants Coming to Rosewick Crossing

Two new restaurants have signed on to Rosewick Crossing Shopping Center in LaPlata

Georges Barbecue will take over unit 234 the former Qdoba space next to Gamestop.  They currently have a location in Indian Head.  We represented them for this lease.
EDIT: Georges new restaurant will be called Spoon's Korean and American BBQ

Bollywood Masala Indian restaurant has signed a lease at unit 120.  It will be located next to the Neibauer Dental offices.

Look for them to open in early 2016.  I will try to get better dates once construction has begun.

UPDATE: 7-11-16 Bollywood is now open.       Spoons should open in August.

  6. Will Bollywood Masala keep the location open in California MD? Students at St. Mary's College will be very disappointed if it closes.

  8. I am super excited to finally have decent Indian food move to the area. I was so disappointed when the restaurant in Waldorf near the Jenny Craig center closed. I can't wait. Thanks for the updates.

  9. Korean BBQ AND Indian food? Yes, please! We've been dying for a good Indian place since we moved here!

  10. Indian food, yes definitely, but this area does not need another BBQ place. La Plata has a few decent restaurants but not many. Businesses think demographics in this county are a problem but you can't attract people here unless you have decent places to eat and shop and this part of the county is seriously lacking in both categories.

  11. Besides the twin kiss location I can not recall another BBQ place in La Plata. It will do more than just regular American BBQ as well. It's also locally owned which I am pleased with. We need more of that.

  14. BBQ should open in a month or so. I don't know of anyone going in next to the dentist yet. We will be developing the other side of Rosewick road soon.

  16. Some setbacks with the county pushed the opening back a bit. Hopefully by the end of summer.
