Dairy Queen coming to Lexington Park


We have leased the former Arbys in Lexington Park to Dairy Queen.  Renovations should begin very soon and be open by summer 2015.

    Any word on a DQ coming to Waldorf? Also, what are they adding to the shopping center next to Party City in Waldorf?

    There is a small DQ on 228 in the gas station. Have not heard of any plan for waldorf yet.
    They cant tell me yet what is being built by party city. Tenant wants it quiet for now.

    Still no word on specific opening? I know they're accepting applications right now because I applied yesterday. And any word on that movie theater too?
