Bed Bath & Beyond coming to St. Mary's
Bed Bath & Beyond will be taking over a large portion of the former McKay's space in the Wildewood Shopping Center in California, MD. Look for a grand opening sometime in the spring of 2014.
I mentioned it on our Facebook page but I usually don't like to announce things that are not a done deal. RC Theaters is looking at one of our sites across from Wildewood for a 12 screen complex. I stress Looking not signing a lease or anything close to it yet.
OK I see they have a letter of intent so still not a lease in place. LOI's are non binding. We negotiate the terms and then if everyone's happy they will have the attorneys write the lease. So hopefully a lease will get signed and help grow that property. I meant to say Calvert Village in my last comment. So much going on I got mixed up.
There was a report a new 12 screen theatre is coming to Lexington Village. The company announced was RC Theatres.

ReplyDeleteTJ Maxx is going into Lexington Village but I have not heard that RC wanted to take over that theater location behind the shopping center.
