HomeGoods Coming to San Souci Plaza

HomeGoods will be building a new store in the San Souci Plaza in St. Mary's County.  The store will be located next to Mission BBQ and The Maximum Fitness.  The Dollar Store was relocated to the other side of the shopping center to provide more space for the new build out.

UPDATE 7/18/17 Opening date set for mid to late September.

MOD Pizza Coming to St. Mary's Marketplace

MOD Pizza is the latest tenant at the Harris Teeter anchored St. Mary's Marketplace.  MOD Pizza is a fast casual restaurant.  Pizzas are made to order and the price is the same no matter what toppings you get.  MOD Pizza has over 200 locations in the United States and overseas.  This will be the first location in Southern Maryland.
