Here is the current tenant list for St. Mary's Marketplace.  More tenants are under lease negotiations.
We are told the Starbucks will have a drive thru.  Harris Teeter is set to open January 25th 2018.

Please note that commenters are saying that Starbucks is leaving their current location there is no confirmation that is happening from Starbucks.

Harris Teeter Sets Opening Date For St. Marys

We have been told that the opening date for the Harris Teeter in California, MD will be January 24th 2018.  Date is subject to change due to any unforeseen circumstances.   Starbucks and Batteries Plus have also signed on as tenants.  More stores are in negotiations.

Alban Caterpillar Building New Facility In Waldorf

Alban Caterpillar is building a new facility in the Acton Industrial Park off of Acton Lane in Waldorf near Chaney Enterprises. The space will hold their equipment repair garages, parts department, rental, and sales offices.  They are currently located in Upper Marlboro. The building should be complete in the Fall of 2018.

Waldorf Station First Concept

Here we have our first look at the concept plans for the Waldorf Station mixed use project.  This is the property that was formerly the Waldorf hotel and restaurant, The Chaney building, and Embassy dairy.

This first plan below shows the retail and office areas of the project.  On the top left is part of the residential apartment area.  It also shows the planned extension of Western Parkway making its way out to Route 301.  Overall the proposed plan will have 226,600 sf of retail, 226,500 sf of office, 689 apartment units, and 100 town houses.  It will extend across Route 301 and fill in the area between Mattawoman Beantown Road (Rt 5) and Sub-Station Road which will be mostly apartments and the town houses with some office.  Greenberg Gibbons has a coming soon date of Spring 2019. No tenants have been announced yet.  These plans are subject to change.  This is a long term project that will take years to finish.

Planet Fitness Coming to Wildewood

Planet Fitness will be taking over the former 20,000 sf World Gym Space at the Wildewood Shopping Center in California, MD.  Renovations have begun but they do not have a new opening date yet.

UPDATE:  Planet Fitness is now open

Lidl Has Pulled Out of Brandywine Location

Lidl has dropped their contract for the Brandywine, MD location at Cadillac Crossing.  They have not given any reason why.  I believe they are trying to do too many locations at once.  We will see if they move forward with locations set in Waldorf and La Plata.
